Please carefully read the terms and conditions contained in this document, as well as our Privacy Policy, before using our services, since the use of our Websites and Applications implies full and unconditional acceptance of all provisions of these Terms.
INNER HEALTH TECNOLOGIA LTDA (“Inner” or “Inner Health”), a private legal entity registered under CNPJ No. 51.425.996/0001-18, presents these Terms of Use (“Terms”), which set forth the general conditions of use applicable to users of our websites and applications, as well as our programs, platforms, and other official services of the brand, including services and applications directed to and consumed through the Hotmart platform.
1. Acceptance of the Terms
By using the Bia application (“Service”), you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any of these Terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of the Service
Bia is an emotional and mental support service provided via WhatsApp, using artificial intelligence. This service is complementary and does not replace traditional therapy conducted by licensed professionals.
3. Eligibility
The Service is intended for individuals over 18 years of age. Adolescents aged 13 to 17 may use the Service with:
Participation in programs from schools, companies, or organizations.
Explicit authorization from parents or legal guardians.
4. Responsibilities
4.1 User Account
Provide accurate and complete information.
Maintain the confidentiality of login credentials.
Not allow third parties to use the account.
4.2 Proper Use
Use the Service for lawful purposes.
Not damage or overload the Service.
Not attempt to access other users’ information without authorization.
4.3 Responsibility for Content
By using the Service, you exempt Inner from any liability for your own conclusions and interpretations regarding the content, services, products, and information provided. Inner does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information made available through the Service. Inner disclaims any warranties of fitness for a specific purpose related to the treatment of psychiatric or psychological disorders, as this is an artificial intelligence–based therapy application.
4.4 Medical and Psychological Disclaimer
Bia – Virtual Therapy provides emotional support but does not replace therapy with licensed professionals. Use of the Service does not create a clinical relationship. Consult a physician or psychologist for questions regarding mental health.
4.5 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Inner for any losses or damages resulting from violations of these Terms or misuse of the Service.
4.6 Maintenance and Operational Errors
Inner will make reasonable efforts to keep the Service available for as long as possible. However, operational errors may occur, especially during the implementation of new features or improvements. Any operational errors will be corrected as quickly as possible. Inner shall not be liable for damages resulting from Service unavailability or operational errors.
4.7 Equipment and Auxiliary Services
You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining the equipment and auxiliary services necessary to connect to, access, or use the Service or its content, services, products, and information, including, without limitation, modems, hardware, software, internet access services, and telephone services. You must ensure that such equipment or services are compatible with the Service and keep your systems properly updated to prevent unauthorized access.
5. Prices and Offers
Prices and offers may change without prior notice.
New offers do not guarantee refunds or adjustments for previous purchases.
6. Privacy
Use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at: https://oibia.com/privacy.
7. Data Ownership
Inner may use data generated through use of the Service to improve and develop new products, as described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Intellectual Property
All content of the Service, including but not limited to texts, graphics, logos, icons, and images, is the exclusive property of Inner or its licensors and is protected by copyright laws, trademark laws, and other intellectual property regulations.
9. Transfer of Ownership
Accounts and subscriptions are personal and non-transferable. After purchase, use is restricted to the account holder.

11. Changes to the Terms

These Terms are governed by Brazilian law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of Florianópolis, State of Santa Catarina. If any provision is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
